Privacy notice - General policy on the processing of personal data

This document explains why and how we process personal data provided by external parties. This processing takes place in accordance with the European Regulation 2016/679, better known as the GDPR (or AVG).

- all persons with whom we come into contact in the context of our activities, for example, through our website, through personal contact, at trade fairs, by requesting information in writing or by telephone, by completing our application forms, or by submitting spontaneous applications , ....
We process your data solely in the context of our normal business activities: invoicing and accounting, promotion and publicity, maintaining customer and supplier data, improving our products and services, creating a recruitment reserve, etc.
We always limit ourselves to the personal data that are necessary for the above purposes.
This policy concerns information you share with us such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, position, personal details, etc. We collect your data the moment you provide these to us. This can be done in writing, by e-mail, text message, orally (by telephone, during a visit to your company, at an exhibition or other event, training, ...), by handing over your business card, or in any other way. This also happens when you are registered with us as a contact by your company or organisation. You give us permission to process these data by providing us with this information.

The legal grounds for the processing of these data are, as the case may be, the execution of the contract that binds us, our legitimate interests as a company and, where applicable, the explicit permission you give us for the processing of your personal data. 
We will store your personal data as long as necessary. 
We take all technical and organisational measures to adequately protect your data. 
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties, except with your explicit consent. 
However, your data may - even without your explicit permission - be passed on to other departments, business units or companies of our corporate group, or to government bodies that can rely on a legal basis in this respect. 
In the context of contracts for cloud services, data may always be stored on servers in third countries (outside the EU). In that case, we will ensure that the provider of these services is located in a third country with an adequate level of protection or that an agreement is concluded with that provider to protect the rights of the data subjects.
You may at all times exercise your rights in this respect, and: 
- Access your personal data (right to access).
- Have your personal data corrected or limited (right to rectification).
- Have your personal data transferred (right to transferability).
- Have your personal data removed (right to data erasure).
