Historical overview

A rich history

The textile industry has a rich history in Flanders, and Vetex is a clear illustration of this. Everything started in 1895 when Kamiel Lambrecht founded a cotton mill.

Years later the cotton-dying mill evolved into the present-day expert in coating and lamination, Vetex. The continuous search for new technologies, strict quality management and a customer-oriented approach are the pillars of our success story.
